Sustainability has become table stakes—but how it’s communicated hasn’t kept pace. This work explores how Delta can shift from fragmented, technical messaging to a clear, human-centered narrative that builds trust and differentiation. As lead creative strategist, I defined the core narrative, built the messaging architecture, and shaped the talk track used to frame the opportunity—ensuring the story was as intentional in how it was delivered as it was in what was being said. I led both the strategic direction and visual design, developing a scalable storytelling system that translates complex efforts into clear, differentiated perception across audiences.
